The paid corner

The first two tiers, the first session and its four-week progression, the clock and the notes are free and stay free. Premium is the rest of the room: the other twenty-four studies, every plan, the camera, the full log, gym mode and the wall sheet.

A purchase is recorded against an anonymous code kept in this browser, not an account. Nothing about your training is part of it.

What Premium adds

  1. All thirty-six studies in the player: the four tiers past Mechanics, with every phase, camera, fault and drill.
  2. All twelve sessions and all three four-week progressions, with printable sheets, one page per week.
  3. Compare with camera: your camera beside the model at the same phase, a ghost overlay, and thirty seconds of recording that stays on this device.
  4. Training records past the first ten, with the weekly summary, the streak line and a JSON export.
  5. Gym mode: the round clock at full screen, readable from three metres, with the bell and the ten-second warning.
  6. Calendar export: any plan or progression as a file your calendar app opens, one event per session.

What stays free

Weekly, yearly and lifetime. The price and currency are shown at checkout by the billing provider, subscriptions renew until cancelled from the link in the receipt email, and access lives in this browser rather than in an account, so keep the code shown here after buying. Bought in another browser? Restore access.

What a purchase sends

Checkout and entitlement checks contact the billing providers: card details go to the payment processor, an anonymous subscription record to the subscription service. No plan, note, record or camera frame is part of that exchange, because the app never sends your training anywhere.

Refunds and support

Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, from the address you paid with, and it is refunded. One email is the whole process. The same address answers any other question.
